Shipping and Policies
IN-TOWN DELIVERY:
Baskets ordered for addresses in Durango, Colorado and up to eight miles outside of city limits will be hand delivered. The delivery fee for this service is $12.00 per basket. If multiple baskets are being delivered to the same address, a one time fee will be charged. Gifts are delivered Monday - Saturday. A phone number for both the giver and receiver is requested to assure the receiver is present for the delivery. Inclement weather - there may be times when deliveries cannot be made due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions. In the event of such unsafe conditions, we will deliver the baskets as soon as it is safe to do so. Our highest priority is delivering quality baskets with quality service.
UPS SHIPPING:
Baskets are shipped according to weight. This includes box, shipping peanuts, and bubble wrapping any items that are breakable. Our number one priority is that the gift basket you order arrives at its destination in pristine condition. The shipping rate for all destinations outside the Continental US will be determined by UPS based upon the size and weight of the shipment.
RETURNED/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you for a more complete/correct address. Additional delivery fees will be charged to your account, since we will be billed for the redelivery. The same policy applies to deliveries/shipping to patients in hospitals; if the patient has already left the facility before delivery was made, you will be contacted for a forwarding address, and your credit card will be billed for the redelivery or additional shipping fees. We will not refund the price of the basket or the shipping fees under such circumstances.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA/HAWAII OR INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
In order to ensure proper delivery to your overseas destination we are only accepting overseas orders over the phone. Please call us to arrange an overseas order at 1-970-375-9225.
